What do we do?
As a team people have the opportunity to understand:

- • Their team's strengths and challenges
- • The priorities and best approach forward as a team
- • The sharing of best practice ... and very importantly, learn together excellent management skills and tools to lead their individual teams which gives a consistent approach of best practice throughout the organisation.
Why?
To work ON the business!
It is astounding how valuable it is to get a team together, who are usually very busy working IN the business, NOT ON the business. Sharing best practice and agreeing strategies and processes can transform output and relationships in the team. Working together just gets to be a lot more fun too!
Who?
Any team that works together where they impact each other's part of the business process.
How?
This is tailored to the team.
Typically:
- • It can be run one day a month for say 6 months.
- • It starts with individual interviews for each delegate.
- • It helps to have input from the Chief Executive or appropriate Directors.
- – What is working and not working.
– Objectives for the training. - • A 360 degree Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessment is excellent feedback and a marker for pre- and post-course marker.
- • A presentation e.g. 'The New Way Forward' by the team to the Directors and stakeholders on the outputs from the course
