“The best aspects for me were the process of dealing with staff negativity, and the ability to tune in to what is really being said in one-to-ones.“

Meaningful Conversations ...

... and Effective Communication

What do we do?

We take apart and examine all the different elements of how we communicate, so that each part is fully understood and refined.

We explore the different ways people prefer to hear information for better comprehension and engagement.

There is an opportunity to use real examples of situations that individuals experience, so they can see their transformation in action.

Why?

Delegates say they listen at a much deeper level which together with a new approach to questioning gives a level of clarity resulting in highly effective, efficient and rewarding conversations.

Who?

For any one who wants to understand the in-depth dynamics of communication to help ensure their relationships and their meetings are the best that they can be.

Have you ever

Come away from a conversation thinking you could have done something differently but not quite sure what?

Had a sneaking feeling that the real issues don't get discussed and there is a certain amount of skirting going on?

Thought that a certain person is not on your wavelength so you are never going to get anywhere?

Come out of a meeting and subsequently realised … you have a very different idea of what went on in that meeting, e.g. next steps, priorities … to the other person in that same meeting?
