Some open questions that may
be valuable to ask yourself

Some suggestions before you begin

Print this page and complete by hand ...
It is usually better to write the answers than tap a keyboard.

Forget the scoring ...

These are thought-provoking questions that can't be measured.

Use the power of your immediate thoughts when answering.

So no scanning all the questions first and letting all your thoughts go into a wild melee.

Come to the questions fresh, one at a time!

Get comfortable ...

Switch off the phone, give yourself time to relax and get intuitive (most people say their great ideas come when they are in the shower, but it's too wet for this exercise, so just think warm relaxing shower). Sink into the cushions, take three deep breaths, calm and clear your mind.

Paper and pen at the ready, or a buddy to write it down for you:

What challenges you the most?

When do you feel most uplifted?

Who brings out the best in you?

Who brings out the worst in you?

What buttons do they press of yours?

What can you do differently with them?

If you could change one small thing about you, what would it be?

What spurs you on?

What makes you give up?

What makes you dig your heels in?

What makes you care?

What do you have most of?

What do you like to hear yourself say to other people?

What do you like to say to yourself that is supportive of you?

When did you last cry laughing?

How often are you in the present moment?
(Have you ever arrived at a place driving in your car and realised you were on automatic pilot? ... and you were going at 70mph!)

Congratulations! You've finished!

Hopefully you will have:
1. Made new connections in your thinking
2. Learned something new about yourself
3. Found it interesting and fun to do!

If you ask a caterpillar if it thinks that one day it will sprout wings and fly, it will look doubtful. You never know how much can change in your life or how suddenly that change can happen.
